CLAIMS CLERK- BILLING (B2) – ZVISHAVANE

Work Type: Fixed Term Contract
Duties and Responsibilities. 
Reporting to the Accountant, the main responsibilities for the Job are: - 
• Billing- assist in preparing correct bills and key claims for capturing 
• Assist in maintaining bad-debts report and monitoring collections 
• Carrying out credit control 
• Assist in running the daily, weekly and monthly reports of income received and expenses

 Qualifications and Experience: - 
• Higher National Diploma in Accountancy OR Part C CIS OR equivalent 
• Degree in Accountancy will be an added advantage 
• 2 'A' levels 
• 5 ‘O’ level passes including English language and Mathematics 

The Ideal Candidate Must: 
• Have 1 year post qualification experience in accounting within a hospital setup 
• Possess Claims Coding (tariffs) knowledge 
• Possess good data capturing skills
 • Have good interpersonal and communication skills
